Return orders submitted after 6:00 PM will be prioritized for the next business day, and orders submitted after 6:00 PM on Friday will be processed on the following Monday.
Return orders will not be processed at weekends.

Order Cancellation
After the order is successfully paid, you can check the status of your order in your account order details.
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After 1 hour, our order will enter the packing process. Once packed, the order cannot be canceled. Please understand our work.
Return and exchange criteria
1. Returns and exchanges need to be made within 7 natural days after you sign for the table tennis tee.
If the receipt time exceeds 7 natural days, we will not be able to provide you with a return or exchange service.
2. Returns must ensure that the table tennis serve machine is new and undamaged, with complete accessories.

2. Find the order you need to return on your order details page, submit your return request and we will approve your return request as soon as possible.
Return and Refund
If you have decided to return the goods, you can follow the following process:
1.Packing: Please pack the original packaging of the table tennis serve machine, including the accessories and freebies received.
2.Shipping: Send the table tennis serve machine to 14142 Lisa St, Omaha, Nebraska. After shipping, please send us the shipping information and courier number by email [email protected] so that we can check and refund you as soon as we receive it.
3. Return Shipping: If you choose to return a table tennis serve machine because of a quality or shipping problem (e.g. the received table tennis serve does not work), etc., the shipping cost will be borne by Enutilities.com.
If the return is due to the customer’s personal dislike of the table tennis serve machine received (color or style), wrong shot, etc., the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4. Refund Processing: Once the returned table tennis serve machine arrives at Enutilities.com’s warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.
Refund amount will be refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days, please wait patiently.
